Location: Castle Rock, Colorado (Two locations, approx. 2 miles apart)
 Status: Full-time, Exempt
 Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually + incentives 
 Reports to: President, Vice President

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Castle Rock Division, which includes two locations and three business units:

• Lumber & Ace Hardware
• Benjamin Moore Paint Store 
• Commercial & Residential Railing Division

This role oversees about $9.2M in annual operations, driving sales, profitability, and team success while maintaining a customer- and community-first culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and strategy across all divisions
• Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and safety programs
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and staff
• Develop, mentor, and empower your team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of GM experience (retail or lumber/building materials preferred)
• Proven sales leadership and business management skills
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical ability
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000–$140,000
