Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + incentives

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Bennett Location, which includes:

• Lumber Yard
• Ace Hardware

This role oversees about $4M in annual operations, driving sales, profitability, and team success while maintaining a customer- and community-first culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and strategy across all divisions
• Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and safety programs
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and staff
• Develop, mentor, and empower your team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of GM experience (retail or lumber/building materials preferred)
• Proven sales leadership and business management skills
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical ability
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$90,000
• Performance-Based Incentives
• PTO: 2 weeks annually after one year of service
