Time Off & Holidays

  • Two weeks paid vacation after your first year
  • One additional day per year for years 6–10 (up to 3 weeks total)
  • Observed Holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day
  • Early closures on several other holidays throughout the year

Health & Wellness Coverage

  • Health Insurance: 75% employer-paid via Kaiser Permanente
  • Vision & Dental: 75% employer-paid via United Healthcare
  • Life Insurance: $25,000 policy 100% paid by Moore
  • Additional Coverage: Optional Aflac plans (short-term disability, accident, critical illness, and more)

401(k) Retirement Plan

After one year and 1,000 hours of service, you’re eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Moore matches 25¢ for every $1 you contribute, up to 5% of your annual gross pay.
