The Seasonal Retail Consultant/Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing expert guidance on products and solutions to ensure their success. Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Physical Requirements The minimum physical requirements for this position include:

• Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties.
• Move and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds, and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
• Ability to work on elevated platforms and ladders, and at heights near open spaces where the risk of falling may be present.

This role includes loading and unloading building materials, operating equipment such as forklifts, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for customers and deliveries. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety while maintaining high-quality standards for all materials and processes.

The CDL Driver inspects and maintains vehicles, completes required documentation, and adheres to all DOT and CDOT regulations. When not actively delivering, this position supports yard operations, inventory control, material organization, and overall facility upkeep. • Proficient or willing to learn dispatch, delivery, GPS, and inventory software.
• Ability to complete vehicle inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Willing to learn all areas of the yard and facilities and assist with cross-training others.
• Proven reliability with a continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow DOT, CDOT, and company safety regulations and practice defensive driving at all times.
• Commitment to participating in safety meetings, ongoing training (minimum 15 hours annually), and continuous improvement initiatives.
