What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations and strategy across all divisions
  • Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and safety programs
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and staff

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of GM experience (retail or lumber/building materials preferred)
  • Proven sales leadership and business management skills
